Step 1
If using canned chickpeas, rinse them thoroughly to remove the aquafaba (the liquid they’re stored in). You can also use dried chickpeas—just soak and cook them ahead of time.
1 1/2 cup Chickpeas

Step 2
Spread the chickpeas out on a lined baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season with chili powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat all the chickpeas evenly.
3 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Paprika powder
1/2 tsp Oregano
Lot’s of Salt & Pepper

Step 3
Roast in the oven for 20–25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

Step 4
Enjoy warm or let them cool. Perfect as a savoury snack or a crunchy topping for salads, wraps, soups, and bowls.

These are an amazing option if you want a healthy savoury snack. The spices really make the difference here! I baked them a bit longer because I like them really crispy :-)
