Notes

This salad is endlessly adaptable, of course you can also eye ball all of the ingredients and don't need to follow these specific measurements! Use whatever fresh greens you have available – spinach, arugula, butter lettuce, or mixed spring greens all work beautifully. Add shredded carrots, radishes, or bell peppers for extra color and crunch. Not a fan of sunflower seeds? Swap them for pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, or chopped nuts. Macros are provided for reference (of course, the accuracy of these can vary due to adaptations of the ingredients or slightly different amounts/portion sizes), but at THV we don't obsess over numbers — No stress. No guilt. Just nourishment🌱💪🏻💕!
