Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C.

Step 2

To a bowl, add the egg, Greek yogurt (or a dairy-free yogurt), liquid sweetener (e.g. honey), cinnamon and vanilla extract. Mix it all together until smooth.

Step 3

Take the two slices of toast and press the inside slightly down with your fingers or a spoon — to make space for the filling.

Step 4

Enjoy with a drizzle of syrup on top, yogurt or a few fresh berries ;).

Step 5

Pour half of the mixture in each toast slice and sprinkle some chopped berries on top.

Step 6

Place the toast on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes or until slightly golden.
