Feel free to use any combination of nuts you prefer or have on hand – walnuts, hazelnuts, macadamias, or Brazil nuts all work wonderfully. If blueberries aren't in season or available, swap them for any fresh berries like raspberries, blackberries, or strawberries. Adjust the nut quantity based on your hunger level and nutritional needs. Macros are provided for reference (of course, the accuracy of these can vary due to adaptations of the ingredients or slightly different amounts/portion sizes), but at THV we don't obsess over numbers — No stress.
