Adaptations:
A platter like this is more of a philosophy than a fixed recipe — use whatever is ripe, seasonal, and colorful.
The vegetables can be swapped freely too: carrot sticks, snap peas, cherry tomatoes, or fennel slices all work beautifully for crunch and color.
If you want to add a dip, a small bowl of hummus, almond butter, or plain Greek yogurt makes a wonderful addition for those who want something more substantial.
The chia water can also be made with coconut water for a naturally sweeter version, or infused overnight with cucumber and mint for a spa-water effect ;).
Storage:
Almost everything on this platter can be prepped the night before and stored in separate airtight containers — simply assemble before eating for a zero-effort, genuinely nourishing snack throughout the day.
Macros are provided for reference (of course, the accuracy of these can vary due to adaptations of the ingredients or slightly different amounts/portion sizes), but at THV we don't obsess over numbers — No stress. No guilt. Just nourishment🌱💪🏻💕!
