This stir-fry is incredibly adaptable! Use any vegetables you have on hand – green beans, snap peas, broccoli, or asparagus all work great. Replace beef with chicken, turkey, pork, or tofu for a different protein. Add ginger or chili for extra heat. Use chicken or beef broth instead of vegetable broth for deeper flavor. Serve over rice, quinoa, couscous, or pasta instead of just greens. Macros are provided for reference (of course, the accuracy of these can vary due to adaptations of the ingredients or slightly different amounts/portion sizes), but at THV we don't obsess over numbers — No stress.
