Notes

There are no strict rules with this bowl – make it work for you! Use Greek yogurt, skyr, or coconut yogurt instead of regular yogurt or kefir. Swap frozen berries for any frozen fruit you have – cherries, mixed berries, or even frozen banana slices all work great. Replace mango with fresh strawberries, kiwi, or pineapple. Add different seeds like hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, or sesame seeds, and feel free to drizzle with a little honey or maple syrup if you prefer extra sweetness. Macros are provided for reference (of course, the accuracy of these can vary due to adaptations of the ingredients or slightly different amounts/portion sizes), but at THV we don't obsess over numbers — No stress.
