Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F.

Step 2

Cut the carrots lengthwise (first in half, then each half in half again—so you end up with quarters).

Step 3

Place the carrot sticks in a bowl and toss them with olive oil and all your spices, herbs and Parmesan cheese.

Step 4

Spread them out on a lined baking tray—make sure they’re not overlapping. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F for 25–30 minutes, or until they’re slightly browned and crisp on the edges.

Step 5

While they bake, stir together all the dip ingredients and adjust the seasoning to your taste.

Step 6

Serve warm as a side dish or a healthy snack throughout the day. Enjoy!
