Method
Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Wash all the fruits and vegetables. Then, cut them into smaller chunks.
1 Apple
3 stalks Celery
1/2 Lemon
1 Golden Kiwi
1/3 Cucumber
A few pieces Ginger

Step 2
Add everything to a blender, including the water. Blend until smooth. If the blender gets stuck, open the lid and stir with a spoon before blending again.
0.7 l Water

Step 3
(Optional) Strain the juice using a fine sieve or cheesecloth if you prefer a smoother texture. Use a spoon to press out all the liquid. Tip: don’t throw out the pulp—add it to a salad or bowl for extra fibre! Or, simply enjoy the juice as it is without staining it ;).
Step 4
Pour into a glass, add some ice cubes, and enjoy right away for maximum vitamin content. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
