Storage: The undressed salad keeps well in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, making it perfect for meal prep. Store the dressing separately in a small jar. The vegetables stay surprisingly crisp! Once dressed, the salad is best eaten within 24 hours, though the cabbage will soften slightly.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve as a side dish with grilled chicken, pan-seared salmon, or steak
Add grilled tofu, tempeh, or edamame to make it a complete meal
Pair with a warm soup for a satisfying lunch
Use as a filling for wraps or spring rolls
Serve alongside Asian-inspired dishes or grain bowls
Top with a soft-boiled egg or crispy fried egg for extra protein
Macros are provided for reference (of course, the accuracy of these can vary due to adaptations of the ingredients or slightly different amounts/portion sizes), but at THV we don't obsess over numbers — No stress. No guilt. Just nourishment🌱💪🏻💕! Count the colors on your plate not the calories ;).
