These muffins are a great healthy alternative for the regular muffins that have a lot of sugar. They taste really good and the recipe is easy to follow. Personally I had to bake them for 25 minutes before they turned golden, so that may take a little longer. Also I added a little piece of dark chocolate in the centre which gave it a really smooth lava-style core. Really recommend making this!
