Papaya Yogurt Bowl

A simple, yet very delicious spring/summer breakfast (or snack) that I love when I need something easy & quick but still refreshing, hydrating and satisfying ;)!

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Cut the papaya in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to gently scoop out the seeds from one half.

1/2 Papaya

Step 2

Place the papaya half (with the hollow center facing up) on a plate or in a shallow bowl.

Step 3

Fill the center with yogurt and add your favorite toppings such as banana slices, berries, granola, seeds, goji berries, and mint.

1/2 cup Yogurt

1/2 Banana

Some Raspberries & Blueberries

Some Superfood granola

A few Pumpkin seeds

Some Goji berries

Fresh Mint leaves

Enjoy as a refreshing and nutrient-packed breakfast or snack!

Tip: For extra creaminess, you can mix the yogurt with a little nut butter or top with a drizzle of honey.
