Notes

This recipe is easy to adapt! Use kale, spinach, or collard greens instead of Swiss chard. Replace leek with green onions or shallots. Skip the fish sauce and use only soy sauce or tamari for a vegetarian/vegan version. Add ginger for extra flavor, or toss in some chili flakes for spiciness. You can also add a squeeze of lemon juice ;)! Macros are provided for reference (of course, the accuracy of these can vary due to adaptations of the ingredients or slightly different amounts/portion sizes), but at THV we don't obsess over numbers — No stress. No guilt. Just nourishment🌱💪🏻💕!
