I made this meal for lunch, but left out the bread and I cut the sweet potato in small pieces so it would bake faster, because my lunch break is not long enough otherwise. And then, since I need to hit my protein goal I also added one egg and leftover meat. So, ready for day 2 of the no-sugar challenge☺️!
