Spicy Tuna Salad

One of my all time favourite easy & quick salads! It pairs amazingly well with a few slices of crisp bread, sourdough or a side of quinoa/rice. It’s also great as a quick high protein snack throughout the day, or after a workout ;)!

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Heat about a tablespoon of olive or avocado oil in a pan and add the pine nuts. Roast over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
