Notes

Feel free to swap ingredients based on what you have! Use any variety of fresh figs, or replace them with fresh pear slices or apple if figs aren't in season. Try different hard cheeses like aged Gouda, Pecorino Romano, or even a creamy blue cheese for a bolder flavor. Replace walnuts with pecans, almonds, or hazelnuts. If you prefer softer dates, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes before stuffing. Macros are provided for reference (of course, the accuracy of these can vary due to adaptations of the ingredients or slightly different amounts/portion sizes), but at THV we don't obsess over numbers — No stress. No guilt. Just nourishment🌱💪🏻💕!
