Notes

Store the cooled bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For longer storage, slice the bread and freeze individual slices in a freezer bag for up to 2 months. Toast frozen slices directly from the freezer. | This bread is easy to customize! Add 1-2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup to the wet ingredients for a slightly sweet version. Mix in different seeds like pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, or sesame seeds. Add dried herbs like rosemary or oregano for a savory twist. Try adding 1/4 cup of chopped nuts like walnuts or almonds for extra crunch. You can also add dried fruit like raisins or cranberries for a breakfast bread. Macros are provided for reference (of course, the accuracy of these can vary due to adaptations of the ingredients or slightly different amounts/portion sizes), but at THV we don't obsess over numbers — No stress. No guilt. Just nourishment🌱💪🏻💕!
