Feel free to experiment with different nut fillings – walnuts, pecans, cashews, or even a small piece of dark chocolate (85% cacao or higher) all work wonderfully. If Medjool dates aren't available, other soft date varieties will also work. Feel free to adjust the number of dates to suit your hunger level and nutritional needs. Macros are provided for reference (of course, the accuracy of these can vary due to adaptations of the ingredients or slightly different amounts/portion sizes), but at THV we don't obsess over numbers — No stress.
